Can I sync my Go-Book calendar with my personal calendar?

Yes! To get started, first copy your GoBook's URL found within Booking Settings. Next, follow the steps below for your type of calendar.

Incorporate into Outlook 2010:

  1. Click in the ribbon on "Open Calendar" and choose "From Internet…". In older versions of Outlook, click on the "Tools" menu, then "Account Settings", and the Internet Calendars tab.
  2. Paste the GoBook URL into the box that pops up and press OK.
  3. Finally, click "Yes" and Outlook will start importing your calendar immediately.

Incorporate into Google Calendar:

  1. Sign into your Google Calendar account.
  2. Under "Other Calendars", select the dropdown arrow.
  3. Click on "Add by URL."
  4. Paste the GOBook URL.
  5. Click "Add Calendar."

Incorporate into Mac iCal:

  1. Open iCal and click on Calendar and then "Subscribe..."
  2. Paste the GoBook URL in the window that pops up, and click "Subscribe"
  3. On the last screen you can change the calendar name, description, etc. We recommend setting the Auto-Refresh rate to "Every 5 minutes."
  4. When you're finished, click OK. iCal will immediately begin to download the calendar.


How do I integrate Go-Book into my business' Facebook page?

Let's get started:

  1. Head to GramercyOne's Booker application for Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/gobooker
  2. Click the button that says "Go to App"
  3. Then click to Install.
  4. Click to "Add Booker by GramercyOne". If you have more than one Facebook page, select the one you would like to add it to.
  5. You should now be redirected to your business' Facebook page.
  6. On the left side of your page you will now notice a "BOOK NOW" application - click on it.
  7. Input the Account Name and Phone Number associated with your GoBook account. Not sure what your Account Name is? Head back to GoBook, select "Settings" and then click on "Business Settings". You should now see on the right side of this page your Account Name. Your Phone Number (also referred to as Business Phone) can be found here as well.
  8. Leave the NO answer to "Allow Customers to Select Staff?" selected and edit your colors (you can always go back and change this).
  9. Start booking!


How do I charge clients for appointments?

How do I remove the credit card fields from my online booking site?

If you don't wish to ask for a credit card for appointments booked online, visit Settings, then click on Booking Settings. Then uncheck the box called "Require payment to hold bookings".

If the change doesn't appear to take immediately, be sure to clear your browser cache and cookies or use a different browser. The fields will no longer be visible.
